The hotel rooms were very big and nicely decorated but had a flood issue during my stay, so be careful not to leave any bags on the floor like I did. The smoking smell when first entering the room was a little disappointing. The service was nice overall, particularly the waiting staff at breakfast and Theresa who looked after us from booking to check-out. The location is ideal for both work and leisure, close to attractions in the Belem area, though the restaurant experience was not great. The dining options were good with a variety available. The facilities were adequate during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was superb, with amazing views and great facilities. The room wasn't ready upon arrival, but once settled, it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, and the balcony offered a good view, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location at the very end of the hotel on the marina side was picturesque and peaceful.

I had a fabulous stay at the Altus hotel. The rooms were fantastic with great views looking east along the River Tagus, very comfortable, and I was amazed by the huge window offering an amazing view. The service was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a unique experience, although the extra long route taken by the recommended car service was a downside in terms of value for money. The location was perfect for me, not too far from the city center but just far enough to enjoy a peaceful stay right on the riverfront. The hotel's dining was truly wow with delicious food options and a perfect outdoor seating beside the sailing yacht marina.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were huge with a large separate sitting room and dining area, and the outdoor jacuzzi was a nice touch, although it didn't switch on till 9:00 AM. While the decor was modern, it felt a bit on the cheap side. The service was amazing, with standout performances from the doorman, front desk manager, and restaurant staff. The location was very convenient, offering easy access to all the sights and culture in the area. The dining experience was very good overall, but there is room for improvement for a 5-star hotel.
